This shop advertises Free Economy Shipping for the Continental US for orders over $35. However, in the fine print they exclude California, Oregon and Washington State. This is ridiculous. Since when is the West Coast not part of the Continental US? The cost difference to ship to the West Coast is negligible. Shame on them.
I’m an out of state customer, but had an excellent experience with an online order. They had a relatively rare Jellycat I had been looking for at a great price and offered free shipping. Shipping was also super fast. When I had a question about my order, customer service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend purchasing from them!
