This shop advertises Free Economy Shipping for the Continental US for orders over $35. However, in the fine print they exclude California, Oregon and Washington State. This is ridiculous. Since when is the West Coast not part of the Continental US? The cost difference to ship to the West Coast is negligible. Shame on them.
I’m an out of state customer, but had an excellent experience with an online order. They had a relatively rare Jellycat I had been looking for at a great price and offered free shipping. Shipping was also super fast. When I had a question about my order, customer service was excellent. 10/10 would recommend purchasing from them!
Everyone is so sweet there beautiful place. I felt so warm and welcome very very wide Jellycat selection. I was searching for jelly cats for forever and I finally found a bugs ear cutest most best little place ever.
Staff was rude , sighing while me and my mom where checking out because we where there 20 mins before close. Staff followed us around the store. Not a good experience , will not be back.
