Wonderful relaxing experience with therapist Juliana Yara. I had a facial and massage, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her calm and relaxed demeanour and approach made the experience blissful from start to finish. Highly recommend the package. Felt like I was floating on air afterwards.
Walked 25 minutes only to find out that my appointment had been cancelled. No voicemail, no text message. Really disappointing. In response to the owner: I explained to the receptionist I did not receive any messages and they didn't have any response to that (not blaming the receptionist, they were very nice about the situation). I had no text message, no email, no voicemail, just one missed call a few hours before the appointment from an unknown number (which I assume was the Buddha bar). Poor attitude and work environment, manager Judyth Emanuel was unprofessional and rude, took multiple photos of me while in premises without consent. Unacceptable and intolerable behaviour
