Wonderful relaxing experience with therapist Juliana Yara. I had a facial and massage, and she was absolutely fantastic. Her calm and relaxed demeanour and approach made the experience blissful from start to finish. Highly recommend the package. Felt like I was floating on air afterwards.
Walked 25 minutes only to find out that my appointment had been cancelled. No voicemail, no text message. Really disappointing. In response to the owner: I explained to the receptionist I did not receive any messages and they didn't have any response to that (not blaming the receptionist, they were very nice about the situation). I had no text message, no email, no voicemail, just one missed call a few hours before the appointment from an unknown number (which I assume was the Buddha bar).
