I am writing this review to share why my husband and I enjoy living at Laural Parke. Our staff is world class. Our neighbors are a delight. We have a comfortable apartment. Continuous care is available on this campus. The environment is safe and supportive. And, Laural Parke is alive with activity. Our dedicated ‘Lifestyles’ staff promote and support the activities. Our loved one was admitted Thursday at 1:30 in the assisted living facility. As of Saturday morning her call button is not working and has never worked. The 24 hr nurse number was not being answered Saturday morning and its voicemail was full. Her bed linens were soiled when we visited Friday afternoon. Not a good experience in less than the first 48 hrs.
