I was speaking with someone seemed to be a front desk lady, After telling her, I would like to remove myself from a commercial lease that I’m on. I don’t agree to renew it and it’s been about one year over due on renewal. She told me to call another law firm She hung up on me after I asked for her name.
I called this law firm. And the secretary answered with I don't think this law firm can help you. I found this law firm through a referral system which states it handles deeds of gifts. And through my insurance consultations are covered. The secretary kept giving me her opinions rather than addressing the issue at hand. I needed an explanation of my deed of gift title to my house and any lawyer in real estate can do this.
