It was fun driving the elderly and special needs people to different destinations every morning and seeing them smile. After they introduced the app things started changing coz good customer service is possible when things are controlled by human intelligence and not AI. People need to slow down Anyway everyone has their own opinion. In the fast paced world it’s difficult for people to slow down and understand .
My dad uses Bts for transportation in Niagara and is very pleased with their timley, friendly service...so much so he asked me to go online and leave a positive review for him. The ability to have access to transportation has done wonders for his independence and improved his life greatly.
