Damon was fantastic getting us through our bankruptcy filing. I am deeply disheartened to have to write this review, but my experience with Damon left my family feeling let down and unsupported during one of the hardest times in our lives. We paid around $7,000 for his services, and never got a Chapter 13 plan confirmed. From the very beginning, there were serious issues. Damon was so helpful in times of great stress! His calm demeanor and knowledgeable attributes greatly helped me cope in times that are stressful to most. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. PLEASE READ I hired Mr. Brutz to handle a chapter 7 bankruptcy. He told me that to include back taxes we had to wait 3 years. So we waited a bit to file. He proceeded to file this around 21 days to early resulting in a tax levy after the bankruptcy. The IRS told me he filed to early and not on or after the 3 year mark therefore resulting in a levy.
