Damon and his paralegal (Sonia) were amazing! During the initial consultation, he took time and truly listened and empathized instead of trying to rush me through the consultation as other lawyers had done. I really appreciated that because it's not an easy decision to file bankruptcy. They made the whole process super straightforward, told me exactly what I needed to give them, were always there to answer questions if I got stuck and I thought the cost was super reasonable! I would 10/10 recommend!!!

Damon was fantastic getting us through our bankruptcy filing. I am deeply disheartened to have to write this review, but my experience with Damon left my family feeling let down and unsupported during one of the hardest times in our lives. We paid around $7,000 for his services, and never got a Chapter 13 plan confirmed. From the very beginning, there were serious issues. Damon was so helpful in times of great stress! His calm demeanor and knowledgeable attributes greatly helped me cope in times that are stressful to most. As a single mother going from house wife back to the work force his payment plan made it easy for me to afford his counsel.
