I had a negative experience at another salon which left me feeling sore and embarrassed! I reached out to them via review and the owner contscted me, they were absolutely amazing! I had my eyelashes done today and cried, they are absolutely perfect and I could not be happier. The lady who did them was absolutely fantastic, friendly, welcoming and very professional. Thank you so much for fixing my previous issue, I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much again!
The one star is because the staff are extremely friendly. That's where it ends. I went in for a massage and it was not up to to any standard. Firstly, the room was orange and white with a bright fluorescent light above. It was extremely stimulating for a relaxing experience. There were no aromas or scents but that of the cleaning materials used to sanitiser the room. It felt clinical than relaxing. The massage oil was cold at the point of contact with my skin.
