I’d just like to thank Broughton's Care Home and staff for the incredible care they have given my dad. The staff showed my Dad such compassion and respect that I never had to worry and felt safe in the knowledge that he was receiving the best possible care. Any concerns we had moving Dad from his home to Broughtons were squashed with the attention and kindness they treated him with. My Father has just had 2 weeks Respite at the Broughtons and he was emotional ro leave because his care has been exceptional ... The Staff made him so welcome and looked after him with so much care ...On my visits I was also welcomed and was always offered a brew and biscuits ...Ive worked in care homes as a Hairdresser and ive got to say the Staff here go above and beyond by just giving the Residents so much respect .....cant praise these people enough Thankyou from Walts Family
