Our mother has been a resident at The Brook in West Branch for approximately a year. We have been extremely happy with the interaction from the entire staff! Rakesha, the manager at the West Branch location, is extremely caring and gives 100% in all she oversees. My experience with The Brook of West Branch has been excellent. From the Administrator to the Aides to Dietary and everyone in between, they have gone above and beyond to make my father's transition the best experience possible. Whether you are looking for Independent or Assisted Living, I highly recommend this location.
Beautiful facility. Such a friendly and caring staff. Excellent care for my mother. I have absolutely no hesitations about my loved-one being a resident @ The Brook, West Branch.
Can't say it's the best experience since I'm there to visit a brother with dementia over all the places clean the staff is nice
