My 92 year old dad (w/ moderate alzhemiers) & us kids are thrilled with the care dad gets here. We love the fact that it is staffed with very kind, compassionate & helpful people. The facility is well maintained & beautiful. This is our 2nd experience with assisted living homes. Mom was at another nice facility. My parents have been living at The Brook for almost 2 years. It is a beautiful, well maintained facility. The culture is one of patience and caring. The Brook offers many opportunities for fun events and group travel. If someone is just a homebody, it is still a great place to be. Working for the Brook of newaygo is not only the most rewarding company to work for its a home away from home you can't wait to go back to. I've worked for many company's an none of them could compare to the compassion an love I feel when I show up to my shift. The residents and staff are the reason I want to show up every day. Everyone respects each other. I would recommend this place to anyone I cared about.
