The way Brook management handled my 89-year-old mother has been callous, dismissive, and utterly heartless. They failed to provide vital, time-sensitive information that directly impacted her housing, left us in limbo, and then refused to speak with us or offer any assistance whatsoever

Very clean staffed fully memory care is amazing smells fresh at all times great food for residents and always clean clothes and rooms

This facility is over priced, neglectful, lack of cleanness and not state licensed. My Mom was in memory care for 3 too many years. Moms room was rarely cleaned, she was left in soiled undergarments and clothing, they lacked in showering her, when we moved her out her glasses were gone, her hearing aid and her dentures. I found staff sleeping on the couch in the unit. Her clothing and bedding would come up missing. I felt staff threw them out.
