Very clean staffed fully memory care is amazing smells fresh at all times great food for residents and always clean clothes and rooms
This facility is over priced, neglectful, lack of cleanness and not state licensed. My Mom was in memory care for 3 too many years. Moms room was rarely cleaned, she was left in soiled undergarments and clothing, they lacked in showering her, when we moved her out her glasses were gone, her hearing aid and her dentures. I found staff sleeping on the couch in the unit. Her clothing and bedding would come up missing. I felt staff threw them out. 100% if you care for your loved one this is not the place for them! They are not state licensed. Memory care was so awful for my grandmother to be in. They give out expired medicine ( 2 years expired). They don't check on residence that need help as often as they should! My grandmother had to crawl out to hallway after being on ground forever to get help!
