I cannot say enough good things about the Brook of Cedar Springs.My mother in law has been a resident of the Brook since they first opened, and we've been incredibly happy with the cares she has received. The staff is absolutely wonderful, compassionate, attentive and always going above and beyond. Staff and management works together as a team to get things to run smoothly!! Every resident loves being here where they go to endless activities, socializing, Bible study etc It makes everyone feel welcomed including new residents or even walk in’s The care givers treat every resident like it’s there own grandparent they want what’s best for them:) Overall would recommend coming to the Brooks!
The staff at the Brooke of Cedar Springs overall were great and provided compassionate care to my mother. The staff is caring and friendly toward the residents. The manager Michelle who is currently there is not effective in her role. She is very non-responsive to calls and shows a lack of compassion. During my mother’s stay and after she passed I left multiple phone and email messages with no response. When my mother passed Michelle walked by her room and expressed no condolences. The staff at The Brook of Cedar Springs is amazing. They treated my Mom with love and kindness and went above and beyond to care for her during her time there. They were so supportive of our entire family, especially when we were going through the difficult end of life stage. I can't imagine that a more caring team could be found anywhere else.
Michelle and staff are amazing....so good to know same staff still there after a year
