We appreciate the staff, led by Natalie, caring for our Dad. Sometimes he can be difficult and we appreciate their skills. The Brook is a blessing.
Love the Big Rapids Brook but really needs a sidewalk around the place. Coming from South-East Michigan (with the options I've seen around here), I can't say enough about the employees and facilities there in Big Rapids. If there's one thing I would love to see (and that other places do have) is a walking path around the building, big enough for wheelchairs to pass. My mom spent the last few years of her life at The Brook of Big Rapids. They provided her with excellent care. They have a wonderfully friendly and supportive staff that also helped us navigate the stressful journey of dementia. This is where I want to go when my time comes!
I want to take a moment to thank the staff at The Brook, especially Natalie and Jodie, for the wonderful 101st birthday celebration breakfast they hosted for Jim Brand.
