Called in with a problem with my velectrix e bike. They were very helpful and had it going again within an hour and all under warranty. I can't recommend this shop enough. Good old fashioned service
Very knowledgeable. Was able to help me tighten my seat when I was unable to, one of the gentlemen there helped me pick out some grips while explaining the differences and explaining how one of them would be a hassle to put on and the other could easily slide on. They even gave me a free tail light. Thank you very much I will definitely come here again in the future.
Absolutely poor customer service they don’t know what they’re talking about. They don’t even know the difference between one bike and another bike and know nothing about e-bikes.
So nice! One of my bolts came loose on my bike wheel and he gave me new ones! FOR FREE!! So nice!
