Super nice people! We stopped in for a map and some trail advice on our first-ever trip to Santa Fe, and the Broken Spoke staff were so nice and helpful. They gave us great advice (Winsor Trail plus Saddleback...a great day!) and had a full stock of maps. Highly recommended!

Have frequented this shop for many years and have always found their friendly knowledgeable staff helpful. This week I bought a bike from them and it was a great experience. They took the time to take care of every detail and even helped me load it in the car. I was impressed by how great the prices were on the accessories I purchased for the bike. All in all great staff, right price, and I am very happy with it all in the end. Thanks guys
Was able to trade in my old mountain bike for a new one that fit me much better. Got a reasonable trade in amount, and felt like they took their time with me. Highly recommended by some folks from the Santa Fe Fat Tire Society, and I'm happy I tried them!
Just bought my soon to be 7 year old daughter her first mountain bike. This was the first and only shop we visited because they had exactly what she wanted. Great group of employees let her ride the bike twice before purchase, and made sure it was in great condition before we left. Very happy with this company. Highly recommended.
