Kris was very nice and professional. I dropped my phone in the sink and needed a screen replacement. He got me in and out quickly, and my phone is working great again. Fast service and a good experience overall. Highly recommend.
This used to be a good place but now it’s just poor customer service like you really have to do you research yourself because they’re not gonna refer you to anybody else they’ll just stand there and shrug their shoulders like they don’t know.🤷🏾♀️
They fixed my iPhone good as new, and very quick, they’ve also repaired my ps5 and got it back to working condition in less than two days! Honestly the best and cheapest option to go to for quick and fast service in the Shreveport Bossier city area. Shawn replies by text too if you ever wanna get updates without calling store or going up to check, which is super convinent! Don’t pass them up for anyone else
My iPhone brand new 17pro screen broke and these guys had me up and running by the next day. Amazing turnaround time and affordable as well. Thanks again!
