When I visit my sister in Pilot NC, I always want to visit the Broken Needle. I love their fabric and sewing notions and the attention they give you is excellent. It's a Happy Place!
I drove about a half an hour to go to your shop today because there was nothing in my area in Rocky Mount. I’m so glad I did. I had a wonderful experience browsing the shop looking at the beautiful patterns. The lady who helped me gave me a great suggestion how to use interfacing in my wallet. I’m so excited to give it a try. Thank you so much for all your help. I will be back, probably a lot.
After not getting my local Janome dealer to return my calls, my sister recommended I call The Broken Needle. Matt answered by call and 30 minutes later I had my order for 2 Janome Travel Mates and a few accessories ordered and waiting to be shipped. I am in a different state and received my order only a week later along with a few extra surprises for my granddaughters. I look forward to visiting The Broken needle whenever I go to visit my Sister. Thank You for such GREAT Customer Service.
