Stay away. I had to pay $195 to get an IDENTICAL tax return as what turbo tax wouldve given me. There is not a single pro to going here over the most budget group in Columbia. Mind you, this $195 was for ONLY email communication, me sending them my singular W2 and thats it. No consulting, no nothing. $195 for them to fill out an easy form, put down an incorrect occupation on my form, and then mail me a bill. Stay far far away.
