Met with Shannon Cord, Executive Director regarding assisted living for my parents. She was very knowledgeable and patient as we had a lot of questions as we start our search. We were very impressed with the community and feel this could be a great fit when we are ready.

Decent facility, but I was very disappointed by the professionalism of the staff during my visit. I was visiting my grandmother and went downstairs to look for water. An aide informed me there was a vending machine in the basement and directed me to the nurses’ station to ask the nurse on duty for permission. The nurse working that day, Reggie, told me I was not allowed to go to the basement but offered to bring me a small bottle of water that staff receive instead. I politely accepted and thanked him.
