Staff are very welcoming and helpful and the place always looks beautiful. Very clean and smells great, housekeeping always comes as soon as you need them. I met Karonley the directory if that department, lovely person.

We are very happy with the care our mom receives at the Bristal in Waldwick, NJ. We were very hesitant about our mom moving to an assisted living facility. The Bristal is beautiful, the perfect size and does not feel like a facility at all. All of the staff are extremely attentive, friendly and helpful. Our mom has also met lovely friends and enjoys all of the activities and socialization. We feel very grateful to have found the Bristal in Waldwick, NJ.
