Such a friendly, bright, welcoming place! The entire staff is just wonderful, from the receptionists to the aides to the maintenance staff. They really try to get everyone involved and make an effort to get to know all the residents personally. It has been the absolute right place for our mother.

This community is a wonderful place. It’s beautiful, with a friendly and welcoming staff and always very clean. They also offer great programs for the residents!

They have a RAT infestation which is starting to affect the surrounding homes. It's been ongoing and they refuse to address it. Enjoy the food! Clean up your property.

We have had wonderful experiences with Bristal Waldwick since my mother moved in back in January of 2020. She loves the staff there, and they are very friendly to families as well. Lisa at the front desk is a GEM, and always has a smiling face and a friendly attitude. Janeris, the head of Memory Care, has been INCREDIBLY helpful with always keeping our family up to date on any issues my mother may have. She's always looking out for her residents.
