We are so happy with the care and attention we received in placing my father at the Bristal in Waldwick. Our mom has been at the Bristal for several months now and it’s been a great experience for her and our family. The staff has been so kind and caring from our initial meeting with Maryelen, to moving our mom in and through the day to day. Special thanks to Lisa at the front desk and Evelyn our moms aide for always going above and beyond, their care and concern for the residents is exceptional.
My mom moved into the Bristal a few months ago. We have been so happy with the care and accommodations for her. She has been able to regain more independence for herself. I’ve noticed a huge change in her day to day demeanor. She is happy and more social than she’s been in years. The staff is wonderful and caring. I feel grateful knowing she is safe and genuinely enjoying her life here at the Bristal. Best decision we made.
The staff at the Bristal, especially in the Memory Care Program, are amazing - incredible, empathetic caregivers, who do their best to preserve the humanity of their residents. They go above and beyond to make a difficult disease more bearable for the affected and their loved ones. Highly recommended.
I wanted to take a moment and recognize Debora Fishman, who has been an integral asset in assisting my family in making the transition for my 102 + mother ,from two years of private pay to Medicaid provider here at the Bristal. In this age of uncertainty it is so reassuring that you can count on an organization to come through on its promises and provide the qualified staff to make it happen. The family is so relieved to know that mom can continue to be well cared for in this facility that has truly become her home.
