I am writing this review to speak about an employee named Jennifer in memory care. My family member is in memory care and since the time that he entered, jennifer has been an asset to his care. She is so attentive, kind, loving, and compassionate. She truly cares about the residents. I also had the pleasure of meeting Gina, who was also so compassionate and caring. My parents are both in memory care at the Bristal in Jericho. I couldn’t let another day go by without mentioning Jennifer Kelleher. Every time I visit and Jennifer is there engaging the residents it’s as if a bright light has entered the facility. She treats the residents with such warmth, love and kindness. My parents adore her. I can honestly say when I know it’s a day that Jennifer is working I know there will be fun, joy , laughter and love through out the facility.
