Moses is such a friendly person and extremely caring while doing his job. He is at the Jericho location and I couldn't be happier to encounter someone like that taking such a wonderful care of the residents.
Moses who takes the residents on field trips is very good with everyone. He is very competent & nice & makes it a fun experience for the residents in Memory Care.
I truly felt like I was on a sinking ship until my mom came to The Bristol. My mom became a widow and then there was Covid and then everything went downhill from there. We’ve been struggling for years. She finally agreed to go to The Bristol. She was surprisingly so happy. There are not enough superlatives to describe the Bristal at Jericho. From the first meeting with Ryan and Bruce, our family knew this was the right place for our parents. They helped us coordinate the right spaces for each (mom is in Reflections; dad is in AL), made the move in seamless, provided extra care (assisting our dad with visiting our mom) and have made themselves available for the most minor of questions and tasks. My Mom is in the Reflections Unit and I want to speak about the recreation Aid back there Jennifer Kelleher..She is outstanding and compassionate and I know when she is there I am at ease knowing that my Mom is being taken care of..She goes above and beyond for not just my Mom but for every single resident there.She makes us laugh and brings joy to the unit…She is hands down just incredible and we all love her!!!
