After months of pain, 2 different physios and 3 different chiros, I finally found a place that really helped me with my disc bulge. Within like 10 weeks and 12 appointments I‘ve gone from unbearable pain to 90%+ pain free. I was visiting Leo for the first part and then later Jed for excercises, can’t recommend them enough. Kelvin is the best Physio, hands down, I have ever seen! Incredibly thorough, he knows his trade from back to front, Kelvin is a master at explaining everything, and he has provided me with so much relief from over active muscles caused by scoliosis after only 1 visit! I originally visited Kelvin with dry needling in mind but after the examination he had a different plan of attack, and I couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to more visits, more relief, and more education!! Thanks Kelvin!
Michael is the man. He has helped me for the past few weeks now with my shoulder injury. I cannot thank him enough for looking after me and helping me out, I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a physiotherapist.

As a Rugby Union forward, I am definitely more prone to injuries. Raymond has been absolutely amazing at identifying the root cause, explaining it to a not-so knowledgeable person like myself, and recommending exercises/remedies to manage and preventing them. His knowledge and expertise is admirable.
