Absolutely brilliant service - Shane and Reece (hope I got their names right!) were really lovely guys who really went above and beyond. Cracked me up too.
Had great experience moving with Mike and Co., very patient and professional, even managed to save our triple wardrobe from falling apart, as they carry spare parts on their vans! THANK YOU.
Fantastic and reliable service! I had constant communication in the run up to removals day as it kept being delayed slightly (on my end). The team even supplied plenty of boxes to help me pack beforehand. Andy and Teagan were great on the day too. Very friendly, accommodating and most of all hard working! Highly recommend.
Fantastic service going above and beyond. I called with what I thought was an awkward job. A friend had left all his belongings in a hotel residence having gone into hospital and I asked if they could transfer them to Wales. The hotel needed them out asap. They picked them up that day, stored them and in two days were delivering them to Wales. Really helpful and courteous and nothing was a problem. This is the sort of service everyone is looking for, and these guys deliver.
Absolutely outstanding. The team's jolly and can-do attitude made the move so much better and pleasantly distracting for such a stressful occasion. Paid extra for the packing service and was worth every penny - all items really carefully packed and they picked up the empty boxes same day as I requested them. Very polite team who introduced themselves and made me feel instantly at ease and also worked well with another removals firm as we were merging two homes into one.
