Avoid like the plague. 7 months for an item and still no sign of the thing. We were lied to and told 12 weeks when we placed the order. Still no delivery. The Dense Group.
One of the best sources for high-end furniture and lighting. To the trade only.
I will echo the person complaining about customer service and delivery. We paid in full for a very expensive mirror almost 2 months ago, questions about delivery were treated with nonchalance. I am a designer and won't be using this showroom anytime soon.
Expect for your product to arrive months after it was promised. My entire project is long complete and I still await delivery on a Coffee Table that was not so special that I could not have picked many others if I were told the truth on delivery. Then they say it is ready for shipping and make you pay in full only to tell you a week later it needs to be inspected and crated before it will actually even ship. There are too many great showrooms out there to shop here again.
