I had my first bridal Appointment today and what an experience it was. I was so nervous going in but was made to feel so comfortable and welcome. The range of dresses is extensive and you are truly made to feel so special. Will be recommending to all my bride friends!!! Thank you!
The Bridal House in Leamington Spa is such a beautiful and warm shop, and Rebecca instantly made me feel relaxed and truly welcomed. She has this friendly, calming energy about her, and the vibe was just perfect! I’d already visited a few bridal shops before, but this experience felt so much more personal. I was so excited this morning waiting to hear how my daughter 's wedding dress shopping experience had gone at this shop and hopefully to see lots of pictures of beautiful dresses. What I actually got was my daughter in tears having been treated ridiculously rudely in the shop by the lady there who was dismissive of her and acted like she wasn't welcome there at all. Absolutely incredible experience! Rebecca went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress, even though I was super picky and wanted to try absolutely everything (the dresses are all gorgeous!). She was so patient and kind throughout the whole process, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. I’d recommend Rebecca to absolutely everyone.. thank you again!
