They always have a sale just like dfs then when you are disappointed in the dream you were sold they’ll say it’s in the contract as a sale item take it or leave it but they’ve already got the money. Please if you have any sense don’t use this bridal shop in Swindon. Not only are their manners disgusting but you don’t pay for good service either. This meaning after promises of fittings and cleans we were left high and dry with a dress I no longer wanted. Avoid this company, I brought my daughters dress here back in January 2025, the wedding was supposed to be August 26. However the wedding due to sad circumstances had to be brought forward to October this year. The dress fitted snuggly but my daughter explained she intended to lose weight. She was told they would need to order a size bigger. When we explained the circumstances around bringing the wedding forward, we were told im not sure if we can do that. £25 taken from my account which they won’t refund which I don’t think is fair since I never even had the appointment or even stepped foot on their premises!
Awful experience when purchasing my wedding dress. It caused so much stress and upset days before the wedding - to the extent that I was worried I would not have a dress the week before the wedding. Please be wary and read all reviews before making a commitment and signing the contract. It was a completely different experience once the money had been transferred.
