Drivers were polite & professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The only suggestion we have is please send your drivers with boot coverups so they do not track onto the carpets in the house
Delivery guys were quite but pleasant. They were not going to uncrate the DW. I asked if they could take away the big box and Styrofoam except the bottom. They did it, but said we normally dont do that. Anyway, they took out the old DW. Our fault it was full of water still. It poured out all the way to the truck. Not upset as we should've made sure we drained it better. Still 5/5 experience.
Sales guy was constantly trying to upsell but that’s his job so I can’t fault him. Delivery was over a month early than the original prediction and the delivery guys were professional despite it being a very heavy sofa. Kudos to them. I’ll be back.
