Joe F is hands down the best salesman this place has. So helpful and knowledgeable. He has a low pressure approach that doesn’t make you feel like you’re being forced to buy anything. He knows his stuff! I believe he’s one of the managers! Will be back because of his help :) The brick outlet is always clean and has a great selection of furniture for a good price as well
I would give this location 0 stars but that's not an option. We have shopped at this location for years but over the last year it's service has dramatically declined. It all started with the wrong size head board, to which I inquired when it was loaded in my vehicle but 2 vs 1 woman. I took it home yup wrong size 20 minute drive to have Joe return it and reorder, get it home another week later and he ordered the wrong color. We enjoyed browsing in the Brick outlet. Jennifer and staff were helpful but not pressuring or pushing sales. We are happy with our mattress purchase and We will shop here again
Consistently patient and competent service, most notably from Joe. The Brick Outlet is a gem. Delivery was on time (and conveniently trackable too).
Jennifer was super helpful and made the shopping and purchasing very easy to deal with!
