So we were to have a couch delivered today and low and behold, 2 inches of snow and the truck cannot back into the driveway. So we called to get our money back and that can't happen until the item gets delivered back into the warehouse. Can someone tell me how some some people get their drivers license for driving in Canada. Considering we had a 5 tonne truck back into the driveway 30 minutes before this one and they had no problem???
I bought a TV on Monday boxing day. they act like they are your best friend until you pay and walk out of the store. Now try get a hold of the manager by phone to ask questions. No one answers, when they do answer the phone, they just say hello. Not hello this is the brick. Then they put you on hold and no one comes back. if they do come back, they say the person you are asking for is busy every time even the manager of the store.
