Can I leave zero stars? Horrible customer service. Don't expect any help if your furniture breaks, even if it's only after a short period of time. And don't expect a quick answer. They took two months to reply to me just to blame me for misuse. I don't pay big money for stuff to get misused..... DO NOT buy from here. Their quality is garbage and they're customer service is just as bad. Now I'm left with a basically brand new broken couch that I can't afford to replace....
Went to pick up a dishwasher and they were closed like 20ish minutes before they are supposed to be. Very disappointed. They even updated their hours on Google about 8 weeks ago. So either change your info or just stay at your job till your supposed to close
Frustrating experience. Had to chase down the receipt they were supposed to send me, then was told the wrong in-store delivery date and had to wait another week. When I went in to schedule delivery I was told they’d just gone to my area today and I should have told them sooner. When the dishwasher was purchased, delivery was specified, so I expected a call to set this up. The sales woman was very helpful but the delivery team, these two guys were the absolute best delivery people I’ve ever met. Well done guys!! Thank you. We bought a washer, dryer, fridge, stove and two deep freezers.
