Fast and straightforward delivery, as it should be
I have been waiting over a year for $100 . For damage to my door frame for a delivery they just ignore me when I send them emails. I’ve been in the store. Spoke with the employee. Somebody was supposed to get back to me. No one has.
The customer service was excellent, the sales person was very professional and had a friendly way about him. The delivery was prompt. Our delivery people, Chris and Kendall were very carefull bringing in the fridge. They were both very friendly and courtious. They are an asset to The Brick.
