From purchase to delivery, the entire experience was superior to any big city establishment. Katherine did an outstanding job of listening, checking and ensuring satisfaction. The two gentlemen delivering the various products were professional, efficient and performed every aspect of the service delivery with care, ensuring zero damage to the purchases as well as property.
