On Oct 1st my husband and I received a sectional we ordered. Noticed it was missing the connecting brackets on one end and reached out to the sales guy Brandon about the issue. Were told an order would be put in for new brackets. The last time my husband spoke to him on Nov 27 about the brackets he was told he would get back to him to see if they had arrived and it is now Jan 2 of 2026 with no update or any response. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We walked into The Brick in Peace River on what had to be the busiest day of the year — computers crashing, total madness — and somehow Brandon and Teanna handled it like absolute pros. They stayed calm, kind, and incredibly patient, made everything feel seamless, and went above and beyond to help us get what we needed without blowing our budget.
