Right from the start the sales woman was pleasant extremely knowledgeable did not push to make a sale but worked with us extremely well and friendly With regards to the delivery crew they were equally as friendly and hard working no complaining not a negative word from them as it was very hot These people are a great asset to you and your customers and should be officially recognized for there efforts This is not our first time purchasing from the Brick but was definitely the best Thanks to all Sincerely Don & Andria Wilson
The order was interesting in that the fridge was slightly damaged but a full replacement was provided which was great. The freezer took two months and inability for me to cancel it to find out it is not available. The second choice freezer came very quickly. The on site sales rep was very helpful and the delivery was top notch.
