I purchased the extended warranty on appliances in 2018, I never used them and I went to claim my credit back after 4 years(2022) . I was told is it is 5 years No big deal. I came back next year. "We are sorry you missed that last year it has expired. I called back and was asking them to honor their deal . Instead I got store credit with only one store with a hidden detail.
