Purchased a new recliner chair after my chair died. Ashly (Manager) from Olds Alberta was awesome to work with. She tried to arrange for someone to look at trying to fix my old chair. After I sent Ashly some pictures, the results were that it was dead. She worked on a price to get me a new recliner for several hundreds less than advertised on their website. I did the payment online and picked it up two hr later. Thanks for the help Ashly.

I bought a full mattress at the Brick Ponoka .Was not told it was a special order. Now i can not sleep on it,and cant return it.$900 is a lot of money to me.Never SHOP AT THE BRICK AGAIN.
Excellent customer service. Worked hard to get our order delivered in time & had great deliver guys. Hopefully everything will be in the boxes to complete the build of the product. Delivery guys battled difficult weather to get here. Thanks guys!!
