Went into the Brick in Olds, AB to browse there furniture. Tricia acknowledged us as soon as we arrived, told us she was available for questions. We were not pressured to buy. When we made our decision, Tricia gave us options, and treated us with respect and honesty.

We had a very pleasant experience and our sales person Ashley was professional, knowledgeable, and amicable.
Our old oven finally died after 30 good years, on a Sunday. Living minimum an hour away from 3 towns, we called The Brick in Olds to see what they had available. We reached Tricia Z. who, we found out, was absolutely amazing! She basically took over the search for an oven, called the neighbouring towns and found none available today.
