In store representative, Trish, was excellent - clearly explaining details of the mattresses I needed for my spine issues and staying within our budget. Thank goodness for 40% off and free delivery. The final transactions were completed most efficiently. Her knowledge, experience, and understanding of my needs was exceptional. Her great sense of humour was appreciated. Bravo.
