I visited the shop with the aim of just window shopping but the proffessional service Norm gave us and the time he took to explain the beds and sofas changed our mind from window shopping to buying . I would never ask more than the customer service provided and has managed to make me a The Brick customer.

The screw is stripped and staff are awful
Just purchased new living room furniture, and I must say it was a great experience. Our sales lady Siba was amazing! She was super helpful and knowledgeable. We only purchase from The Brick because of this type of awesome service!
We were assisted by Norm - he was kind, genuine, and thoughtful. Very knowledgeable (we were in the market for a new mattress). Wasn't pushy nor did he hound us. Pleasant experience! Thank you for making our purchase so easy, Norm :)
