I had such a great experience with *Mehakpreet Kaur* at The Brick - Brampton I was looking to buy both a *dishwasher and a deep freezer* and she made the whole process so easy. I’m really disappointed with my experience at The Brick. The delivery team came into my home with their shoes on and no protective covers, rushed the assembly, and left my sofa unleveled. I reported the problem immediately, but between a wrong address on one visit and a missed appointment on another with no call or buzz, I’ve now been told I’ll have to wait a full week just to have my sofa properly assembled. This is far below the standard I expected. Based on this experience, I would not recommend The Brick.
