Matt was very good help and got me exactly what I needed!
There were a lot of mix ups with our order. We were offered some compensation for the delay. However, this was never delivered. When we called them on it we were told that there was nothing they were going to do about it. There is no customer satisfaction in my opinion. It was just one delay after another and one excuse after another. When you pay for a service I expect it. Unfortunately I will never be making anymore purchases from this store and will not recommend it to anyone.
April was very helpful and made our transaction quick and painless.
April and her lovely side kick are great to deal with. Really helped me out when I was in a bind for a new oven. Thank you very much for all your help.
