I bought a 80" tv from The Brick 3 years ago within a week it had to be replaced under warranty, within a year the next one had to be replaced, now it's been 2 years and the 3rd one has died . I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks to hear from the warranty people and nothing. not a peep. each time I had to pay for the extended warranty. then I had to pay for an upgrade. it takes me a while to learn but I have learned. I will never buy from here again. the warranty is useless
I was so thankful for Marcie at the Stettler Brick for her invaluable help getting our tv set up at Heritage House (long term.care) where my husband recently became a resident and needed a tv. I couldn't get it to work and Marcie went way above and beyond to help me out. She even came to the residence and got everything set-up. I know I would never have figured ot out and am so grateful for her help. She was amazing!!

Bought waranty but forgot to claim on it's due time ( 3or 4 years) though still came in the store sometime as bought something else, but they won't remind you. Lost my waranty $$$ I think $400.
On December 10, 2024, my only 3 1/2 year old fridge stopped working - turns out it was the compressor and no one would repair it. I quickly called the Brick in Stettler and spoke with Marci about purchasing a new fridge and we specific request about the fridge we needed. Marci quickly found a model in store that fit our specific requests. The fridge was delivered to my home in 3 hours. I was so impressed. Marci was knowledgeable, helpful and extremely courteous. I would recommend the Brick - an MARCI 100%.
