I love this location. It’s a smaller store with really great staff, Mat and Marcie. They helped us to choose the right furniture, explained all the differences and possible modifications. We purchased a leather sofa and love seat but had really taken our time to regularly go in and try all the different products so many thanks for the staff patience. Kudos to Shane for being the best delivery guy ever. It was bitterly cold and Shane and the new delivery guy had to unbox the items on the deck.

Matt was great to help us out in buying new family room furniture. He was patient in letting us do extra measurements and choosing what would work in our space. Gave us a special price on all of the pieces we purchased with free delivery! Matt is a longtime employee of our Brick and certainly is an asset to the company.
I bought a 80" tv from The Brick 3 years ago within a week it had to be replaced under warranty, within a year the next one had to be replaced, now it's been 2 years and the 3rd one has died . I have been waiting for more than 2 weeks to hear from the warranty people and nothing. not a peep. each time I had to pay for the extended warranty. then I had to pay for an upgrade. it takes me a while to learn but I have learned. I will never buy from here again. the warranty is useless
