For delivery i give 0 out of 5 because i made 2 orders from here and both times delivery guys damaged one time and scratched another time. The leader driver not sure what his name is is very disrespectful he was laughing after he damaged wall. Sales team here was great thats only reason why im giving 2 instead of 0. I ordered wooden table one time and couch other time both in last 6 months finally found time to wright this. I really hope dealivery man gets fired this is not fare to me and my family
We have been looking for a new washer and dryer, and on April 12, 2025 we visited the Midland Brick Store. Upon entering we were fortunate enough to meet Deana who provided us with her expertise. Although we had an idea of the brand and the applicances we were looking for, Deana provided us with some alternatives. This was helpful in making our final decision. Worked with Deana Bailey, who assisted us with purchase of a new couch. Overall, Deana was extremely helpful and patient with answering all of my questions, very friendly and kind to my daughter. Good service and appreciated.
Pappa James was so helpful, very friendly made shopping for new appliances a great experience.
