We recently purchased an electric reclining chair and although we ran into a few issues with the chair not working properly, the customer service we received was absolutely exemplary. Susan went above and beyond to make things right every step of the way. Bought 2 loveseats. Came with damages on bottom linings, from the factory. Not visible unless we look underneath. We will live with that as we are elderly and don't have the energy to start over assembling the items. The two chairs are fine. Sales lady was fine and delivery was on time.
Mixed up our order at first but fixed it satisfactorily.
Had the product in on time and for a great price.
Great guys. Did a great job. Cleaned up as well when finished.
