Fara the salesperson let me put together a lovely package of items which I first needed in my new apartment. The delivery fellows were quick, efficient and communicated well.
Shitty service. They don’t even say hi when you walk in and awkwardly avoid you as much as possible. Absolutely no customer service at all
They arrived over an hour after window we were provided and left wrapping materials. I did appreciate that they took back the platform and they advised me it would not work
As always, we are extremely satisfied with the service provided today by The Brick delivery staff. Bringing in our furniture and setting them where we wanted them.
Happy with the service at the Pitt Meadows location. Love the new love seat. Wider than I thought but that was my fault for not measuring properly. Delivery was quick and efficient. Not really impressed with the mess that was left in the apartment hallway but I vacuumed it all up.
