Incomprehensibly horrible customer service. Arrived at the location right before 6pm after calling at 5:30pm saying we would be there right at 6pm. Rather than working with us we were told over the phone that they would not wait for us to arrive, they locked the doors in my face informing me that they couldn’t simply get the piece we needed as they would need to process an exchange first (This is after I had called them to inform them that we were en route to the location) while the female worker responded with “I’m tired I ... read more
