Everything from our visit to the store up to the delivery was great. Until the time I had to recline and have sufficient light to examine the chair a little more carefully. I had the worst experience there. Yesterday I called the store, and the staff member had a terrible attitude. I was just asking whether the price could be lowered, and he rudely refused and hung up the phone. Everyone should be cautious when choosing this store—buying things there is simply an unpleasant experience.
