Very disappointed with my experience at The Brick. My order was not delivered on time, and when it finally arrived, the product was wrong. I requested multiple times for the correct bed and mattress, but they kept delaying the replacement again and again until I had no choice but to keep what I received. Customer service was extremely poor throughout the whole process. The person who showed us the product, did not seem to have proper knowledge and kept pressuring us to buy.
