Men were very nice and helpful
The delivery was perfect. Delivery guy was exceptional.
Exceptional service from start to finish! The team—especially the customer care representatives and the store manager (Gautam Jain ) and Rola —went above and beyond to make sure me and my spouse were well taken care of. I purchased a 75” Sony Bravia TV and couldn't be happier with the quality and overall value for money. Highly recommend this store for top-tier customer care! I would like some customer care person to answer our calls from 8Am-11Am or make it centralised customer care.
