They were very helpful. I can’t remember the ladies name who was helping me but she was so sweet and kind. I had come looking for a freezer after a bad and unhelpful experience at another store and I’m glad that she was able to help me out with it. I’m very very happy with my new freezer! She made everything so quick and easy for me
I just wanted a chair to read in, and so I came to enjoy my chair in the store for a few minutes. Next thing I know, Tony comes by. He sits and chats, friendly, and helpful like. AND THEN he gave me an offer ... ya know ... an offer I couldn' refuse. So here we are, a couple chairs later and I am a made man - I can read by the woodstove, I can read by the window ... my life is changed forever. All because of Tony van Kessel. THE MAN. Thanks.

Tony VK from the Huntsville store was very attentive and knowledgeable regarding the appliances that we were shopping for. He spent a great deal of time with us going over each product. I would recommend.
We’ve ordered a few appliances through Tyler and he always recommends the right product suited for our needs. Our latest appliance was a Bosch dishwasher. After installation it was not working properly. Tyler came right over with his supervisor and they knew what to do to get it going. I’m very grateful for this excellent level of service and highly recommend anyone needing appliances to go and see Tyler Hill and his team at The Brick.
