I am extremely disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) from The Brick. I purchased a new refrigerator with a guaranteed delivery window of two weeks. It has now been nearly a month, and I am still waiting. The worst part is that I’m currently stuck using a broken fridge while I wait for the replacement I’ve already paid for. Communication has been vague, and the "two-week" promise was clearly just a sales tactic. If you actually need your appliances on time, look elsewhere.
I’d give Zero stars if I could. Worst place to buy a couch my couch clips together and each side is able to recline out words. I got the couch delivered in December. Part of it didn’t work. I had to sign it back and just got another replacement and that piece doesn’t work. Will never ever ever buy a couch there hate the couch brutal customer service don’t ever get anything here they completely dismiss you.
They delivery went great. Friendly service. Love my new couch
