The sales man and delivery men were all nice and professional. There was however some confusion that they were to be picking up my old fridge when they delivered. But they still did what I needed regardless. They were very resource removing my door to get the fridges in and out. However my new fridge does have a small dent on the side of one of the doors. The fridge had some scuff marks that I managed to get off. But I do wish the dent wasn’t there.
Outstanding system for delivery day. The two delivery men were great, funny and kind. Thank you so much. Love our chairs. Sue
I was so impressed with the delivery! . They sent a text, so I was downstairs when they arrived. It was freezing out, so I went inside. The guy met me at the door of my apartment building, and we went to my 2nd floor apt together. He was super nice, and very accommodating. Polite, concerned - you name it! I would order from The Brick again. Good job!
Ordered a king size mattress. Punctual delivery and the gentlemen who brought it in were professional and courteous.
