Great delivery crew and Richard at the Penticton Store! Am just waiting now to plug in my freezer and to unwrap my air fryer. Hopefully all well!
Richard in sales could not have been nicer. I returned 1st Tempurpedic bed & 2nd 1 is worse for me..now I'm stuck with a 4,000.00 bed & base & sleeping on an AIR BED... This was not anyone's fault, but it was & is a horrid experience for me. I've chronic pain.& the 2nd mattress wretched up the pain to excruciating...guess I have to figure out how to sell bed.."My dream bed" from my Widows benifits...God Forgive me!
Delivery guys were amazing. Very professional, friendly, very respectful of my home by taking off their shoes without me asking. Also when I went in to purchase my new adjustable bed and mattress the sales person Shane was great.
We just had a relaxed, no pressure, sales experience buying a new matress (on sale!) from The Brick on Ellis Street. Mike F was excellent... funny, attentive, and knowledgeable. A very satisfying purchase.
