My Mother-in-Law purchased a loveseat / hide away bed. She is in her mid 80's and lives at the local Seniors Lodge. When purchased in Hinton her sales person was the store manager and was not advised this was a piece of furniture that required assembly, so when it was delivered in 2 boxes and left in the hallway she was at a loss as to what to do next.
