Kirsten was amazing! We had been in looking at getting a new mattress. She helped us decide what kind was best for us and gave us her card so we could think on it. We came back later and were going to take a mattress that we had liked and was on sale over the mattress we had preferred because the difference was over $1000. Kirsten checked and found out that the mattress we wanted was coming on sale in a few days and set it up so we could get the one we really wanted for much much less. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. I told the sales person (Jatin) what I was looking for and he showed me what I wanted. I researched what I wanted online previous to coming to the store but he informed me of all I needed to know. I found him to be honest and not pushy or trying to upsell. He informed me of my warranty options and when I refused it, he did not push any further. I had a great experience in the Swift Current store
