Extremely poor experience at The Brick Heartland Mississauga This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional retail experiences I’ve dealt with. Store credit misrepresented, tax not refunded We were issued a store credit for a warranty claim. The original purchase included HST, but when refunded, only the base amount was returned no tax.
