Great service from Meenakshi. Asked for a discount because a situation happened when delivering my sofa. Meenakshi gave me multiple solutions and gave me a great discount to keeping the initial sofa I got. I would recommend 10/10
Nazia helped us find our dream sectional after looking for months. She is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming to her for your furniture needs!
Outstanding customer service provided by Jaseeka Yosif!! She went above and beyond assisting me with my purchase today. Service like this is so rare these days. Thank you, Jaseeka!
I had a great experience at The Brick! The employee Bhushan who helped my daughter choose her bedroom furniture was very helpful, patient, and professional. He took the time to understand what she was looking for and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. We really appreciated his excellent customer service and support. Thank you for making our experience a positive one! Highly recommended.
